Anthony and Lauren stood out immediately — they were competent, down-to-earth, and genuinely took the time to understand us and our brief, which made the decision to go with them easy. Our main reason for engaging a buyers’ advocate was that we haven’t lived in Melbourne for long and wanted both local expertise and guidance on valuation and pricing. Where they really exceeded our expectations was in their strategy and negotiation skills when it came to actually securing the property. I waited until we moved in to write this review because I still can’t believe we got the house — I didn’t fully relax until the keys were in my hand!
